Legal process
Send legal process to support@crinkleapp.com with “Legal request” in the subject line. We respond to valid requests and will say plainly what we do and do not hold — which, for several categories, is genuinely nothing. Our servers do not record the IP address a request came from, sign-in records are deleted automatically after thirty days, and where we store contact details for members of our apps they are encrypted with keys we do not have.
Our apps
Crinkle, our iOS application, is in development and not yet released. Support for it, and the in-app reporting and blocking tools that come with it, will be documented here when it ships. Its Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Community Guidelines are shown inside the app.
Who we are
Crinkle, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Our servers are in Germany and our encrypted backups are held separately in Finland, so that losing one data centre cannot take both the service and the copies that would restore it.
